PURPOSE
Clark Cultural Art Center (CART), Inc. is a 501(c)(3) (tax-exempt organization) that serves for the primary purpose of developing and investing resources to promote the arts in Clark County. CART serves on behalf of it’s communities to promote arts education; exhibitions of local, regional, national art; expressions and explorations of cultural diversity; and economic growth for the greater Clark County area.

Establish and fully develop a non-profit regional arts organization/ facility with community-based arts programming in 6 Degrees of ART.
