

PURPOSE
Clark Cultural Art Center (CART), Inc. is a 501(c)(3) (tax-exempt organization) that serves for the primary purpose of developing and investing resources to promote the arts in Clark County. CART serves on behalf of it’s communities to promote arts education; exhibitions of local, regional, national art; expressions and explorations of cultural diversity; and economic growth for the greater Clark County area.

FACILITY INFORMATION
The building was constructed in 1895 as the Neillsville United Methodist Church. In 1970, the facility expanded with the addition of a Fellowship Hall. The church closed its doors in 2011 and sat vacant until 2016. Purchased by Linda Garrett-Holets and Sarah Holets, the facility reopened its doors in 2016 as the Clark Cultural Art Center (CART). CART is a multi-disciplined facility focusing on all aspects of the arts: visual, culinary, dance, theatre, music, and prose. See the events tab for a full listing of upcoming events and classes.
